A meteor is more like a shooting star, whereas an asteroid is more like a giant rock.

How nice to see such positivity. One has to be brave to do what you have done ... fearless in fact. However, this is the way forward and as you have found, it is a liberating feeling once done.

Yes, I agree ... one or two really good friends are essential in life. Family are there, but best friends are always there.

However, I understand that people do at times wish to remain behind the scenes and the let the book do the talking ... and what an interesting read this looks to be for those in need.

You never ended the sentence "How healing directions needs to move to ...". Although the gist of what you write does explain it ...
