Sorry I wasn’t much help - reading the Stormlight Archive has really reduced all other reading! At least I’ll be into book five soon and then for a break from chunkters (other than A Day of Fallen Night ) for a bit!

And well done everyone who got through all those cards and mini tasks!
Special shout out to the special ones who wrote the captains logs - including Sammy from our Team Firefly 😀

I must get back to the Dark Tower series...!

And thanks for your help with adding books to the s/sheet!
I'll check out that mystery as I love a good mystery on audio :)

Looking back on your UNO shelf. Can you recommend one book that as your best read (or perhaps one to avoid?!)
I read some great ones, but I thinkI would most likely recommend

Just those final mini books to be completed :)

So..
Update
Just two more books to go in our regular hands!
Sammy's green one and one x 1 although we can move things to suit
April mini
To be finished:
Chasing Power Lauri
Caged in Shadow Tina
Next Year in Havana Lauri
Emily Wilde's Map Sammy
A Second Chance Lauri
And great work with the captains logs, Sammy!

Oh, and I just finished a 1."
We can move them around as needed :)

May be able to knock out another small one before the end time if needed

Love it - great stuff!

Reminder of what this is, is below.
Any volunteers?

Part 5
⏺️ Captain’s Log: Mission Chronicles📝
Every great journey needs a record—and yours is no exception!
As you read your way through the galaxy, you and your crew will be charting not just the stars, but your experiences among the pages.
You need to log entries for Parts 1-4.
Each log should be about 3–4 sentences long—but feel free to elaborate if inspiration strikes!
For each completed Captain’s Log entry, your team earns 5 extra points!
Here are some suggestions, but feel free to be creative and daring!
🚀 Build Your Own Spaceship – What books inspired your ship's design, power, and purpose?
👨🚀 Select Your Crew – Who joined your ranks from the stories you read? What skills or quirks did they bring?
🌌 Off You Go – As you launch into space, what did your reading journey teach you about exploration, courage, or the unknown?
🌠 End of the Universe – How did it all wrap up? Reflect on where your books took you, and what you’ll carry with you beyond the stars

Thinking about this one..
I read At Bertram's Hotel this week where one of the characters goes to the airport to fly to Lucerne for a conference only to find he has been given the wrong day so he has to go back to Bertram's hotel (and then disappears). I think it would fit for the task.
I didn't really consider it at the time as I was only thinking abuot Miss Marple and how her journey wasn't interrupted, but Canon Pennyfather's was and it is a main plot point for the book.
So you can still read your book for fun, Kelly, but no pressure now to finish it for this challenge :)

"....circumstances ..."
If he is on some kind of journey at the time I would say so!

Yes I finished just a few hours before you I think!! It actually took me a while to mark the book as read or even talk about the ending.
Now I need to gird my loins to buy book 5
I just started The Real Doctor Will See You Shortly: A Physician's First Year for my cleaning out the closet challenge - Sophie did you recommend this to me? It is fascinating. And as I am rewatching Scrubs with the kids, I am seeing Scrubs in a new light as having a (tiny) basis in how an intern's days work! 🤣

Please shout out if you can't do your coloured card, or if I have recorded these incorrectly.
