[close] 1. Only serious readers should join the group. The books we select collectively should be read by everyone within the given time frame. So atleast one insightful comment is must on atleast one member's post on LinkedIn or you can post about it yourselves. Don't want to be particular about it but we don't want to be yet another group you'll mute.
2. All decisions will be made based on polls. Initially Geetesh and I will be posting polls. If and as the group size increases, we'll increase admins who are serious about it.
4. Every 3 months we'll select a certain business related topic. For a topic, all members can message Geetesh or me about possible topics in the previous month of the next quarter. On the last day of a quarter, we'll poll and decide.
5. Polling rules will be similar for books. Only it'll be fortnightly.
