1. Everything is conspiring to evolve and grow me.

2. I don’t strive for perfection. I know that perfection doesn’t exist. Instead, I strive for progress. I celebrate what is achieved, even the smallest steps forward.

3. I don’t see opposition. I see opportunity for change.

4. To change the world, I change persepctives.


5. True belonging is a spiritual practise, and the ability to find sacredness in both being a part of something and having the courage to stand alone.

6. I need to be in balance to achieve a balanced world. I always seek to see both sides, seeking compromise, change, understanding, and peace.

7. I speak up and act when things no longer serve me. I leave toxic relationships. I stand up for myself at work. I show respect to myself by doing what’s best for me.

8. I protect other women. Always knowing we are all from the same tribe. On the same team.

9. I will show up for other women and support my sisters. Empowered women empower women.
