Psychological Suspense for 2018 (Part 1)
Can't get enough of psychological suspense thrillers such as GONE GIRL, GIRL ON THE TRAIN, BEFORE I GO TO SLEEP, or even REBECCA? Add these to your watch list as there are some fabulous spellbinding nail-biters coming out in the first half of 2018. I've reached my max votes so continued in Part 2)

Same here...

Why so? I was about to start reading this.

The Chalk Man just didn't do it for me and I love the murder mystery/thriller genre. I felt it was extremely poorly plotted and a lot of the content was added strictly for the shock value. None of these obscure details did anything to advance the plot. I don't want to go too in depth, in case you decide to read it! Here's a link to my review of The Chalk Man (it's spoiler-free and self-proclaimed hilarious).
If you decide to read the book, I'd love to hear what you think. You might really enjoy it - to each their own! I, personally, would recommend Woman in the Window, The Wife Between Us or An Anonymous Girl if you're looking for a good thriller/mystery!

So I am reading in a certain order because of the days I borrowed from the library. I have the three books you suggested on my list, yet I have to read the chalk man first.
Have you read The Wife Between Us? I enjoyed that one. The woman in the window is after chalk man.
I will post a review and let you know once i read it!

Sorry to say I got busy and never got around to doing a part 2 for the 2019 titles. I may go back and do them one of these days. In the meantime, I diJan-July 2020 which you can find here - https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/1... Still adding so stay tuned... Glad you find them helpful!

WIFE BETWEEN US is terrific as is their follow-up title, AN ANONYMOUS GIRL.

I have read The Wife Between Us! I really enjoyed that one and if you liked that, I'm confident that you're going to love The Woman In The Window - plus the movie is coming out in May!
PS - I believe this list is in order of popularity. The books with the highest scores are listed at the top (and those seem to have the most votes) while books with lower scores are at the bottom. Not sure how points are awarded (I'm guessing a book gets so many points if it's your first selection and then less points for 2nd, 3rd, etc).

I didn't realize that! Guess I haven't really looked at the list since I compiled it. Thanks!
