Is anyone else having trouble getting into Circus Mirandus?

It seems to me that a lot of ideas get greenlighted and pushed through and don't get the special care anymore to make sure a story is tight and really well-written.

I gave it 5 stars-- I think it's a powerful story in many ways. A lot of times I wait to rate a book for a few days-- especially when I'm between two numbers. The more that the book pops into my head at random times, and the more I find connections to it, the more likely I am to bump the rating up. That's what happened with Circus Mirandus.
