He Brian, how did you decide on naming schemes in your series? I notice some characters, like Mad Ben and Tumblar have last names, whereas everyone else...doesn't? It seemed very odd, the surname situation.

In the Nine, last names are usually a sign of importance, indicating a noble house. Ricard bought himself a last name. I won't go into Styke's background, but they are less worried about it in Fatrasta and many families have taken last names before and since the revolution.

Hello Brian, I just finished reading Powder Mage trilogy and loved it. The only thing i missed is map of the world, as i would like to know how and where are positioned other countries and continents. Is there any map of the world and if not did you planned on making one?
