I don`t now if you answered this question before, but I what`s your favourite fantasy book or book in general?

The first one that comes to mind is DUNE, by Frank Herbert: In an ancient galactic empire, people warp space and time with the help of “spice.” Battles, prophecy, giant sand worms, and fearsome villains clash between its covers. It’s one of the greatest adventure/hero/coming-of-age epics, and the only book that I’ve read more than five times. You also might enjoy The Mabinogian Tetralogy, by Evangeline Walton, which is a remarkable retelling of Celtic mythology.
Here are a few other favorites that you might enjoy, too: Fablehaven series, by Brandon Mull; PODKAYNE OF MARS, by Robert Heinlein; MAGICIAN, by Raymond E. Feist; The Wizard of Earthsea trilogy, by Ursula K. I'm sure you've been asked this before, countless times; but what compelled you to begin writing Eragon? Also, I must thank you for having introduced me to "real" (fervent, as opposed to forced) reading all those years (a.k.a. around 5 years) ago. I feel as if thought I might be forever in your debt. :D
