My life is an open book - pun intended! Other than keeping my specific location(s) private to avoid "drop in" surprise visits, I pretty much share my life with my readers while also cautiously maintaining privacy for my sons and grandchildren.
I avoid surprise visits because they always happen at a time when I look my worst. lol. Want to be recognized as an author? Go out in public as a hag. Doesn't matter if it's just a super-quick trip to grab milk, someone will say, "You're Lori Foster!" :-) I prefer to at least be out of my pajama pants when I show my appreciation to dedicated readers.
