May Grider
May Grider asked Elizabeth Hoyt:

I loved "Duke of Sin" so much that I had to enjoy in both the print and audiobook versions. Do you have any interaction with the audiobook-making process? For example, do you have any say as to narrator and do you give them any background info or instructions to help them find their characterizations of the protagonists? Do you have a preference as to whether the narrator for your books should be male or female?

Elizabeth Hoyt Noooooo, I have no input in the audiobook. The first I see/hear the audiobook is when it hits the shelves. That said, I do forward listener/reader opinions to my editor. Whether or not they take them into consideration is anyone's guess. ;-)

I don't have a particular preference on male or female voice for my books. I just want a good voice talent.
