Sybil Johnson When I first saw this question, I thought "There's nothing." But then I remembered a genealogical research project I did a few years back. No one in my family seemed to know what happened to one of my great grandfathers. He'd disappeared from view in the early 1900s. After some research, I figured out the mystery. While this isn't all that exciting, a good mystery could develop out of looking for a "lost" relative.
