How did you come up with such terrible ideas for your book?! Did you get inspiration from anything else?

B.A. Paris I'm not really sure where the ideas came from. When I sat down to write the story of Jack and Grace, I never imagined it would turn out to be so dark. And I definitely didn't imagine that Jack would be so evil. But as I was writing, he seemed to take over, as if he didn't think I was doing a good enough job. So I just went with it and Behind Closed Doors was the result!
