Hi EV. What I'd suggest doing is to visit your local bookstore and go looking for books that are similar to what you write. Not the exact plot, but a similar genre and for the same targeted age. Then write down the publishers of those books. You can look them up online and see how to submit to them.
Be aware that it is usually very challenging to get a publisher, but just decide now that you'll never quit and only work to get better and better until you get that acceptance letter. Good luck!
