I was continually stunned and awestruck with the characters of your first book Behind Closed Doors. I have yet to read your second book but I am sure it is just as great with character development and plot as the first. What was the spark that set the words on paper for Breakdown?

B.A. Paris When I started writing Behind Closed Doors, I didn't think I was writing a psychological thriller, but that's what it turned out to be. So in that sense, Behind Closed Doors was the spark for The Breakdown, as I realised that I enjoyed writing that type of story. My third book, which is out next year, is also a pyschological thriller and I already have an idea for a fourth. I'm not sure I'll be writing psychological thrillers all my life, though!
