This is more of a begging post than a question.... Please, will you write a book about Ugh? Yes, I read all the way to the back ;) I love Ugh as did my BR group for books 1-3 for Greatcoats. I think a book about his life would be most excellent and all Ugh's fans would read it. You can't bring a character like Ugh into a book and drop a tidbit about him and not expect your GC followers not to want more !

Hi Emelia,
Though I adore our mutual friend, Ugh, I don't see him starring in a novel in the near future. I almost never write prequels (mostly because I'm not sure how to do it well), and his life prior to meeting Falcio would likely be a bit on the grimdark side, and thus not exactly the style of book I usually write.

Are statements allowed? I really enjoyed the Greatcoats series and wanted to thank you for giving me many hours of reading enjoyment. This series gave me all the things I look for in a fantasy/adventure series. I fell in love with the characters and struggled when they did and triumphed when they did as well. I read quite a bit so I see many attempts at greatness...You sir have succeeded!!
