was it hard writing the new book the breakdown or did you just know what you were going to write next?

Hi Candace,
It was quite hard writing The Breakdown, not because I didn't know what to write but because I didn't want to let down all the readers who had enjoyed Behind Closed Doors, so there was a lot of pressure. But I knew I wanted to write about someone who feared she had early onset dementia. I also knew how the story would start and how it would end, it was just a case of making the journey between the two!
