I am a very big fan of your Southern Vampire mysteries series! I really like how you ended the series and I wanted to know if you always knew, from the beginning, who Sookie would end up with? Or did that emerge as you wrote more about her and her world? Once again, I am a huge fan and I'm so glad you have had such success with this series and your others!

Yes, I always knew who Sookie would end up with -- or rather, that she would end up happy. whether or not she was 'with' anyone. I took a lot of detours along the way, because her adventures were so much fun to write.

They have been my absolute favorite book series ever since I first began reading them about ten years ago. In fact, I love them so much, I own multiple editions! Who is your favorite character from the Sookie series?
