Hi Kate, I love your Daughters of Rome series and was super sad to learn it is over - it was like watching a tv series you didn't want to end. My thanks for writing these gems. My question is this, with such strong female characters that you craft, have you ever considered telling a story about the Amazons in Ancient Greece or the women who fought alongside their men in Genghis Khan's Mongolia?

Thanks! I love badass historical women, and I'd adore to write about female warriors (seeing Wonder Woman recently just fed that flame) but I'd have to find someone new to tackle beside Amazons or the ladies of Genghis Khan. Namely because Libbie Hawker did an Amazon heroine so beautifully in our collaborative novel "A Song of War," and because Stephanie Thornton's "Tiger Queens" covers the women of Genghis Khan is such epic fashion--I don't think anything of mine could compete!

Hi Kate! I've read both of your Empress of Rome series & Borgia Chronicles & loved them all! As far as my understanding goes...both the Roman & Borgia series are finished (tears). My question is, do you ever have trouble letting the characters go or are you happy to give them a friendly goodbye?
