Jennifer, I so thoroughly enjoyed The CLC! I laughed in places, was concerned during the dramatic scenes, and cried at the end. I do hope there will be many more books from you in the future! As for Book Club discussions, I think the most interesting questions are about the characters' development and choices, especially Mrs. Tilling's and Venetia's. How would the readers respond in their situations? And how would they change their attitudes to the war?

You are a blessing. I just finished The Chilbury Ladies' Choir and sent a dear English friend a copy also. I hated to see this book end. I feel as though every single character has taken up residence in my heart. I can't thank you enough for the way you presented the subject matter.
