Hi! I just picked up Panda-monium without realising that it was part of a series. Should I read the first three books before I start Panda-monium?

Stuart Gibbs I really tried to write the FunJungle series so that you could start with any book, but reading the books out of order might give away some of the mystery of the previous books. The official order is:
Belly Up
Poached
Big Game
Panda-Monium
I have been trying to get my publisher to number the books for years. But they won't do it.
