Jessaka
Jessaka asked Manny Rayner:

She said that it was too stressful for her to report them, as this author has caused her enough stress. that is too bad. I have to add a question mark in order to send this. who actually would you report it to? I have never seen a way. thanks, jessaka

Manny Rayner I have been thinking about this and I'm actually not sure. If the author left any comment or message on Goodreads where she threatened your friend, I am sure your friend can flag it. But if the communication was by email or some other medium, then it may fall outside the scope of the GR rules, even if it was about a GR review. You could open a thread on Goodread feedback and ask.

Whatever the legal position, the author should be ashamed of herself.
