S asked L.C. Perry:

Where does you inspiration for writing your books come from? Movies? TV? Other books? Everyday life?

L.C. Perry Great question! So for me, my inspiration comes largely from other books and everyday life. Occasionally, I'll have ideas for characters from a TV show or anime I've watched but plot-wise, I get it from my surroundings. After reading so many books, I know what my preferences are and whenever I'm trying to find a story that's meets all my requirements, an idea will pop up and I'll ask myself, "Well, why don't I write it myself?" The everyday life part comes in because I may have learned something from school or from news stories and it will spark an idea for me. Other times I might work a plot around a character I really want to create and the rest just follows ;)
