Charlaine Harris Violetta, right now I'm concentrating on my new series, and I don't have a contract to write any more Auroras. I wouldn't mind doing so, I love her. But if this is the last, I feel I left her in a good place.

My question is about scene and sequel. My book follows 4 characters including the main character who is a private detective. Does the sequel to a character’s scene have to or need to follow immediately after the scene to which it relates; or can it be placed elsewhere in the book? Thank you.
