I am working on my first cozy mystery. I want to be where you are some day with the more thriller kind of writing, but, walk first and all that. What is one technique you think all mystery writers should know, however you had to discover for yourself? Liked what you did there on chapter one of "Far from True".

That's a tough one. The first thing the comes to mind is, surprise yourself. If you can surprise yourself, you'll surprise readers. When you come to the end of a chapter, think about the most logical way it could end, and then try to come up with something else.

Firstly thanks for answering a question I asked a while ago on Goodreads. I've read or listened most of your books and I am really looking forward to whatever you have coming out next. As audiobooks seem to be growing in popularity and with it being the way have experienced most of your stories, I was curious as to what involvement you have with them and if you have ever considered narrating one yourself?
