I absolutely love your books. Have read all of them and don't plan on stopping now. Glad to hear there will be more Auroras coming. Love the Midnight Texas series as well. And of course Sookie and True Blood were both wonderful--hated to see them end! Any chance of continuing any of your other series?

Gerry, thanks. I have started something new with a new publisher, and my writing schedule is full for a while. I would not mind revisiting Harper someday, if I had a great idea.

Hello! I was curious how you chose Sookie's last name. Was Stackhouse one you discovered during research of old Southern family surnames, or did you craft it entirely yourself? Reading about how generations of Stackhouses literally added onto the family home through the years, I wondered if you were conveying that same rich, longstanding familial tone right there in the name? Thanks so much for all of your books!
