Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Rita Wilson The idea came when I was talking with my mother in her kitchen. She mentioned that she wished that she had had a closer relationship with her mother - she envied the one I had with my daughter, and with her. She claimed to know very little about her mother, who spoke only Greek, although she lived in the US. I told her that I bet she knew more that she thought she did, and started to ask her questions. The questions led to more questions, and to a book!
