Hi! I just wanted to tell you that I love Caraval and I am SO excited for the sequel. (Also I should probably just accept that characters named Julian are automatically going to be my favorite and also cause emotional trauma,between your Julian and L.J. Smith's Julian ,I'm not going to recover.) Did you have any favorite books/authors that you loved as a kid? (Also, any favorite fictional characters?)

Stephanie Garber Thank you so much!! I'm a sucker for Julian's as well--especially LJ Smith's Julian from The Forbidden Game, which is one of my favorite books. Other than CS Lewis and RL Stine I really don't remember a lot of the authors I read as child. But I know that I read a lot of horror, which rarely touch now. ;)
