Does "The Body Electric" take place in a Dystopian setting, like in Across the Universe?

Beth Revis Sort of? It's a peaceful world, but of course no world is entirely peaceful, and Ella has to learn that. But it's not a dystopian in the same way, for example, Divergent or The Hunger Games is, or even AtU. Ella DOES have to face corruption, and the government IS involved, but remember that the main theme of this work is that not all is as it seems.
