First I'm so glad that you've enjoyed the Maiden Lane series! Second, yes, Clara was Godric's first wife. Charlotte is the name of Charlotte & Jane's mother. If I have in in the novella as Clara, then I made a mistake. Mea culpa! And finally, I am working on a new book series that I'm very excited about. I hope you'll like it too.
