I wanted it to have a pseudo-European feel, circa 1805, but didn't want them to be particularly specific in terms of which country is based off our own real world nations. So no?

Hey Brian, First of all, I just finished reading the Autumn Republic, and I gotta say: IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to read your Gods of Blood and Powder series to see what comes next! Second of all, it might sound a kinda insignificant but I was really curious is the name "Hune Dora" in any way inspired by "Hunedoara"? (I'm a Romanian and the name "Hune Dora" just popped up instantly :D )
