I Loved the Out of the easy and Between shades of grey very much and gave them high ratings, i own lots of books and they are my favorites out of all of them , and i wanted to ask, is there a second part to Out of the easy, because i felt that there were many maybes at the end of the book and would like to know what will happen when Josie returns , so will there be a second book?

Yes, I think there could definitely be a follow up to "Out of the Easy." I have continuing stories outlined for each one of the characters. I've been thinking of perhaps creating a volume of short stories - one per character - to show the continuation of each personal journey. "Out of the Easy" was such a complete joy to write. I'm dying to come back to it.

Hi! My mother and I loved your book Between Shades of Gray! You should come to Aiken, South Carolina to present your book. Some schools you should visit is Aiken High School and Silver Bluff High School. My question is: would you ever consider writing any other genre beside historical fiction? It would interesting to see how the book would turn out! I am pretty sure it would turn out great.

I also have relatives near Russia and they told me how they lived during the URSS occupation,as you tell in Shades of Gray,so your book helped me to understand how terrible those years were.
