I would think they had a destination wedding. Somewhere on a beach with only close family and friends. Probably before Hawke was born.

And they only had one, because they like their lifestyle and jetting off and seeing the world. It's easier to do that with a smaller family to support. They also wanted to take in foster kids and help those in need. Many of us are "one and done" types ;)
