how do you come up with things to write about?

Well, I read a lot about a lot of different things. Sometimes I get ideas by going to museums or seeing films or documentaries too. I usually have a lot more ideas for possible books that never actually make it to the page!

Minor typo on p. 138, Schutzstaffel misspelled. If future printings are scheduled, can that be changed? Also have one minor quibble should you be interested offline. Not essential to story.
