There was a very strong "don't ask, don't tell" vibe about the whole thing, and we moved shortly after, so it never came up. But messing with my neighbors wasn't one of my prouder moments.

I'm re-reading White Witch, Black Curse. Pierce knew Trent's dad. Mia knew Pierce and a lot of key characters. I'm so curious if they will emerge in your prequel novel(s). From other novels, it also seems that Trent's great-grandmother knew Al, as did his mother. Her spelling hut sounds like a peaceful space, not fearful. I'm wondering if Al had friendlier relationships with those who summoned him before the Turn?

You've probably been asked this already - will The Hollows series ever be a tv series? Possibly an anime? I just saw 2 good animes recently about fantasy. Unnamed Memory has such a cliffhanger..waiting for season 2. Phantom in the Twilight has quick fantasy action, would like to see more.
