hi Paul- So, I just finished "The Cabin at the End of the World" and I cannot stop thinking about this novel! Can you give me some incite into how you wanted the reader to interpret the ending? I read the book cover to cover in one day at the beach! It was so intense and well written, while also so full of twists and doubts. I'd love to hear back from you if you have the time! Thanks! Patty

*Spoiler* Hi, Patty. Well, I wouldn't dream of telling you or a reader how to interpret the ending in regard to whether or not the world is ending. I did hope that readers could get that the survivors' world is shattered regardless, yet they chose what it is they choose. I look at it is as a defiantly hopeful ending.

Paul, love AHFOG and loving DADR. I love reading your books and asking myself "Is this paranormal or just plain old normal?" The uncertainty of not knowing exactly what is happening is something I haven't seen in a book since probably House of Leaves. What do you think scares people in this day and age?

Because, shit's real right now with the COVID and even though this book resonates with that reality in a scary way, I love it and I am so HAPPY to be reading your work again! WOOT!
