Who has been your favourite new character to write for in the new trilogy? And are there any chances of any more original series characters appearing in Hero? I just finished Villain and absolutely loved it and I'm a big fan of Cruz and Armo myself :)

Michael Grant I always think of characters as my employees. I'd say that Cruz and Armo are working out very well. Shade is a bit more problematic. There is one new character in HERO along with a new bad guy.

Hi Miachel I finished the gone series a couple months ago and LOVED the series and I just heard about the sequel Shade Darby and just wondering if it will be one of those short and simple books that authors sometimes release a couple years after the series is complete or is is going to be like a 600 page book like most gone books?

I love the gone series! have you ever considered having a movie made of it? I think it would make a great movie series especially since there is so many books in the series.
