what made u start writing about paranormal?

Lara Bernhardt Hi, Barb! I've always been fascinated by the idea of presences around us. I loved Poltergeist and Ghostbusters when I was younger. The idea that perhaps we are all surrounded by spiritual entities and only get glimpses of them intrigues me. I have also experienced things throughout my life that I can't explain. I wrote a few short stories based on my own experiences as well as experiences others shared with me. And then I imagined a character who could sense and even connect with spirits. I took my favorite of the short stories, added psychic Kimberly Wantland, and expanded it into a full novel :-) I enjoyed the story and characters so much that I am continuing to write more stories of their investigations.
