Did you have a recipe in mind for Ollie's father's cornbread squash mole pie, extra cornbread? That sounds delicious and I went to bed dreaming of it.

I do! My roommates and I make it all the time. The cornbread mole squash pie recipe is from a vegan cookbook called Veganomicon, the most amazing vegan cookbook out there. You make the filling with extra mole sauce, pour it into a skillet with a thick layer of cornbread batter on top and bake it! So yummy, especially in winter. I'll try and find the actual recipe and post it on my site <3

Curious, in the, I believe final book (The Winter of the Witch), we learn that there have been 5 horses that have made bonds with riders. Swan, Dove, Raven, Owl and Nightingale. We learn that the Swan is Morozkos white mare, the Raven is Midnights and of course the Nightingale is Vasyas. But who to the other two belong with, did I miss it?
