I love your books and they are a real inspiration! What would you recommend to and independent author who is just starting to publish sci-fi books?

Martha Wells Thank you! The only self-publishing I've done is a few ebook reprints of my earlier books, after they went out of print, so I don't have much advice about that. Just try to find out as much about publishing as you can, and beware of scams and get-rich-quick schemes. There's a lot of good information on the SFWA Writer Beware site and blog.

I loved these Murderbot Diaries! You are an amazing and creative sci-fi writer! I can barely wait until the novel with Murderbot, I loved the character ART too, so I look forward to their reunion. 2020 is a long time, but I am sure it will be worth it the wait! Just curious, will there be a series, describing Murderbot adventures as a security consultant?
