Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Clavel Nelson I became of aware of what was important to me in my life at the time and still is. The idea of having a sense of ease or centered peace regardless of what was happening in and around me became a mantra for me. Too many things were happening in my life all at once and a lot of them were out of my control so I had to learn how to be vulnerable and release my issues to a higher power.
