Sweetheart — I’m so moved that you’ve reached out — a “curveball” indeed, a life-changing one for sure. Any way I can serve as a bridge through this, I’m here. It’s wonderful you’re coming back to reading and things you care about, finding ways to nourish yourself. There will be many overlapping currents to ride out — some stabilizing, some confusing, some grim, some uplifting. Through all of it, you contain the experience and there’s no prescribed “right” way to be in this story.
