Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Demelza Carlton The whole Mel Goes to Hell series was inspired by an uncomfortable ride on a crowded commuter train. I had...a very personal encounter with a stranger's briefcase which left me thinking that my work life was Hell and even an angel would struggle to survive it. Luckily, it does have a funny side.
