Hi Sarah! I am such a huge fan. You were one of the first YA authors whose books I absolutely fell in love with - they've kept me entertained many, many times, so thank you so much for that. With that said, I'm wondering: what does it feel like to know that so many people enjoy and appreciate your work? :)

It is humbling and flattering. The books I read in high school were SO much a part of how I survived it. So when I hear girls say that MY books helped them through a tough time, it's the highest praise I can imagine. I feel so, so lucky to do what I do. I still can't believe this is my job. It's an honor, seriously.
