Absolutely loved your book! One of the best I have ever read. In the beginning I was not comfortable with going to therapy but decided that I needed to and it has helped a lot. The hard part is saying what I feel out loud to her because I struggle with understanding my own feelings and do not know how to describe them. I usually just sit there unsure what to say. Does this get easier? Is there a way to overcome this?
