Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Isoellen I am a long time fan of Beauty and the Beast stories, only, in my stories, the beast will always stay the beast on the outside. I stumbled across the omegaverse genre a couple of years ago and liked the idea of it but many of the books with male/female main characters have very dark endings. As a long time lover of romance novels, alpha-holes, and spunky, determined heroines, I am all about the happily-ever-after so I decided to try my hand at writing some omegaverse stories with an HEA. Omegaverse stories have characters with an “alpha, beta, omega, etc.” dynamic that has unique biological expressions. Characters are driven by a mating urge, so be warned, these stories are on the smexy side. I’m also inspired by Lora Leigh’s Breed novels ( I borrow the term breed for my alphas, betas, and omegas) and the surge of sexy werewolf/shifter novels of the last several years.
