Write about what you enjoy. The stories may come easy, however the editorial and illustration process may take longer than you expect. Patience is key when delivering a quality product. If you self-publish or go through a publisher there can be a lot of unfamiliar challenges you will experience with fulfillment (QA, ebooks, print, etc), distribution (stores. amazon, apple, etc), marketing (Goodreads, word of mouth, social platforms), and much more.
It's ALL a learning process, however touching your first tangible book is priceless and well WORTH IT!
