I am listening to the book and there are no author's notes at the beginning that would answer Rebecca's question. I too have the same question. How did you deal with confidentiality?

Hi Marcia, I'm not sure why the Author's Note published in the hardcover edition isn't in the audio addition as well. If you go on Amazon and click on the preview, you can read the Author's Note there. Hope that helps!

This is not a question. I have struggled so much with exploring and knowing myself as an individual in this universe (this sounds so existential but I'm existential unfortunately). Your book gave me a clear path on where to start to mentally get better by actually understanding myself. I laughed and cried so hard reading it!
