Gotta ask, What did you like about the Fifty Shades Trilogy?

Ella Dominguez I'm a huge fan of FSoG, so I'll just put that out there first.

There were a great many things I didn't like, but what I did like and even loved, outweighed that.

The technical writing of it wasn't spectacular, and anyone who's read it will agree. (I also detested all the inner goddess stuff but I easily remedied that by skipping over it). However, I'm not a fantastic technical writer either, so who am I to judge?

All that being said, it was the story that drew me in. It was Christian Grey and his tortured soul that kept me interested. It was his need to be loved that tugged at my heart. It was his domineering ways and the control he exuded in the bedroom, while being vulnerable in other areas that kept me reading.

And the number one thing that I loved about FSoG was that it inspired me to publish my writings. It made me realize that there was an audience for the kind of things I write and that I wouldn't be judged for my perceived perversions.
