Hi Manny, I read 'The Dispossessed' by Ursula Le Guin after seeing it in your list. It was really a wonderful book, took me to a different world but still relevant to life. Thanks for introducing it to me through your list. Is there any other book that you will suggest to me after reading 'The Dispossessed' ? Thank you.

Well, in some ways it's very different - but the book I just finished, Garrett Cullity's Concern, Respect and Cooperation often made me think of The Dispossessed. It's a book I can imagine Odo having written early in her career, when she was developing the theoretical ideas that would underpin her later work as an activist.

Hello Manny. I saw that you are very passionate about German literature, especially Erich’s children’s literature. I am Muhammad, and I would really like to translate Erich’s children’s novels into Arabic, but I am not fluent in German, unfortunately. I thought I would ask you if you had an electronic copy in English so I could try to translate it into Arabic so that 22 countries could have this amazing art?

I have this theory that you don't actually exist. Well, you may have existed at one point but then sold your account to Amazon. Not sure. Now you are this avatar created by Amazon to spread awareness of their book by being witty with encyclopedic understanding of most subjects. And the guys at Amazon who manage this avatar thought it would be funny to make you hate their own company. Can you prove otherwise?
