Hi Christine. Regarding the Dragonseeker Mark, how is it determined whose born with it, or does the mark show later, as the child grows, and the character developes, and leans toward evil or good? If you're of dual species, and your genetics is more Carpathian, and you're of pure heart, or have a good character do you receive the mark.

Genetics would play a part of it, just as it does throughout nature. Why do some people get blue eyes when their parents have green eyes? Some will get the mark and some will not.
